 Michael Turner
Senior Pastor
Pastor Michael Turner was born and raised in the metro Atlanta area. His parents divorced at a young age which eventually led him into a life of rebellion and drugs. In 1995 Michael was set free from a life of addiction, depression and hopelessness. Later that year he entered Central Christian Bible College and within 6 months was called into full time ministry. From 1996 to 1999 he served as a Youth Pastor in Jonesboro, and later became an Associate Pastor until 2002 when God called him to launch out into McDonough, GA to start Turning Point. On January 5th 2003 Michael, Charla and their two boys (Micah and Presley) along with 14 other people started meeting in a living room. Now with one more child (Madelyn) and 350 people later Pastor Michael Turner is still going strong as Turning Point's Sr. Pastor. Pastor Michael has a strong desire to reach Henry County with God's message of restoration!
